Five Elements Stretching exercises

Each of the exercise is associated with one of the five natural elements and their corresponding organs. This stretching exercise works to improve the flow of "Ki" energy in the body and has a beneficial effect on health.

METAL

Stretches for Strengthening the Liver & Gall Bladder.

EARTH 

Stretches for strengthening the Stomach and Spleen.
