Shiatsu Review & Practice Workshop with Kumiko Kanayama in Vermont

Join us for a day of learning, practice, and community in the beautiful mountains of Vermont.

This workshop is open to all Five Lights Center students who would like to review Shiatsu techniques, deepen their understanding, and build greater confidence through hands-on practice.

Together we will:

• Review meridians, tsubos, and body mechanics

• Refine Shiatsu techniques and hand positions

• Practice treatment flow and transitions
