Let’s focus on Neck, the highway between Head and Body. It can express the division we might feel between mind and body. It is impacted by the long hours we stare at our devices. It can be involved in attempting to carry our heavy burdens or in how we communicate. We will practice how to listen to, work and be with this special part of our anatomy.. There will be lots of hands on and individual attention for you, your practice and Neck.

Katherine Powers is an LMT focused on Shiatsu. She lives and works in New York City.  Katherine is a graduate of Ohashi Institute and Swedish Institute, where she also was a Shiatsu instructor. A long time student of Pauline Sasaki, she also studied with Gregory Antyuhin, Jeffrey Yuen, Robert Peng, Elisabeth Rochat de la Vallee, Irma Star Spirit Turtle Woman, among others. Katherine continues to pursue further understanding of the theoretical base and practice. She looks forward to sharing this and her love of Shiatsu with the next generation of Practitioners.
