Introduction to shiatsu, Changi by the sea

A hands-on Shiatsu introductory class that you will learn the core concepts and fundamental principles of Shiatsu. Practices yourself and acquire self-care methods that can incorporated into various meridian bodywork.

n this class, you will learn the core concepts in Shiatsu and Eastern medicine and learn practical techniques that can be incorporated into other bodywork practices and self-care techniques.

You will learn mindful meditation, a communicative approach to touch which is fundamental to healing. This approach also emphasizes a practitioner’s own healthy body mechanics and growth.

The classroom has yoga mats. We’re going to crawl short-activity.
