• The meaning of the Hara in energetic, emotional, and physical terms

• Breath practices that awaken grounding and internal spaciousness

• How to listen, move, and touch from the Hara in Shiatsu

• The relationship between Hara, Meridians, Tsubos, and the Five Elements
