On Sept. 4 from 7-830 pm, join Five Lights Center, NYC's longest-running Shiatsu center, for an evening of self-discovery and self-care. Through the Japanese healing art of Shiatsu, we’ll explore how movement, meditation, and touch communication can recenter so you can rediscover this next season of life.
As one community, we'll cultivate balance; nourish our energy; and dive into the life-changing magic of Intuitive Shiatsu.
