Tui Na practiced in China covers a wide range of practices in the West. It is estimated Tui Na  dates back to 2700 BC. The term Tui Na was coined during the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). During the Qing dynasty (1644-1911) The Golden Mirror of Medicine was published introducing eight methods for treating traumatic injury factors.

Today we count 45 different strokes used to move and regulate the energy flow.

This course will introduce a simple but effective protocol used to restore our defense energy.
