Service Description
In this Level 1 course you will be introduced to the history and philosophy of Shiatsu. You will be introduced to the concepts that form the foundation of Eastern medicine. You will learn the 12 primary meridians, as well as foundational techniques for working on some of them, in both prone and supine positions.
