You will learn:

Mindful meditation and movement. Identify the location of the bladder meridian. Identify the location of the Hara. The basic concepts of Shiatsu and Eastern medicine. Self-care techniques. You will be able to identify the location of the bladder meridian. You will be able to work on the bladder meridian. You will be able to identify the location of the Hara.
