Each year a small group of Shiatsu practitioners and enthusiasts gathers together for a three-day camp on the beautiful land at Tekenink, which has been protected by a conservation easement since 1987

Shiatsu is a form of Japanese bodywork rooted in East Asian medical philosophy. Where acupuncture uses needles to target acupressure points in the meridian system, shiatsu balances the flow of vital energy (or ki) through touch, stretching, and guided movement.
